Therapy for ADHD brains, overthinkers, and anyone feeling stuck in “what now?” I work with teens and young adults navigating ADHD, life transitions, relationship stress, and the lasting impact of past experiences. Many of my clients come in feeling anxious, stuck in unhelpful patterns, and unsure of a path forward. If that resonates, you’re in the right place. Therapy with me is relaxed, collaborative, and supportive. You can show up exactly as you are, I’ll meet you there. My goal is to create a space where you can be fully yourself while also building practical tools and insights that fit into your life. Before starting private practice in 2021, I worked with teens and families navigating school systems and the justice system, building a strong foundation in supporting people through complex, high-stress situations. I earned my Master’s in Clinical Social Work from the University of Michigan and my Bachelor’s in Psychology from Eastern Michigan University. Reaching out for help is an act of vulnerability and courage. I'm glad you're here! When you feel ready, let's connect to schedule a free consultation call to explore whether we may be a good fit. :)
I work with teens and adults who are thoughtful, sensitive, and often high-functioning, but are carrying more than others can see. Many of my clients struggle with anxiety, perfectionism, burnout, or feeling caught in patterns that are hard to change. My work is neurodivergent-affirming. This means I don’t see ADHD, autism, or other forms of neurodivergence as problems to fix, but as important parts of how you experience the world. Whether you have a diagnosis or are simply exploring, I offer a space to better understand your brain, reduce shame, and build a life that honors your needs and strengths. I also support clients navigating trauma, grief, religious or spiritual hurt, identity shifts, and major life transitions. I offer a grounded, respectful space for exploring emotion, meaning, and self-connection. My approach integrates somatic awareness, relational depth, and gentle structure to bring steadiness and coherence. I honor grief, sensitivity, and identity work as pathways toward clarity, healing, and renewal. I am also trained in Brainspotting, a somatic therapy and am working toward becoming ADHD-CCDP certified. Therapy can offer steadiness, a place to listen inward, integrate, and reconnect with yourself. It would be an honor to be a part of your support team.
When therapy becomes a reality A situation arises in one’s life that alters our once innocent perspective of our surroundings. Answers are searched through the experience of others when ultimately the truth lies within our own experiences. These two phrases tend to resonate with individuals who experience trauma, anxiety, depression, overall dysregulation within their environment. Each person’s experience is unique as well as the journey to repairing the damage left behind. I believe therapy can be used to create a personable, yet the potentially uncomfortable path to reality and self-truth. Without exposing or facing the wounds, the trauma response can remain to stagnate or continue to spread internally and externally. In which developing the vicious cycle of chaos within, generationally, and/or onto others our surroundings. Therefore, strengthening self-acceptance in exploring our wounds can create wisdom for breaking the cycle(s). Professional Experience Seeking a therapist that fits you can be daunting. I feel in order to fully engage in the therapeutic process, it is important to know who your story is being shared with. I have experience with various populations and my style tends to be direct in nature. The individuals I have had the pleasure of meeting tend to struggle(d) in the following areas: Relationships (family, romantic, & interpersonal) Substance abuse (self or family/loved one) Life transitions (grief, growth, roles, separations, etc.) Intellectual-Developmental disabilities & Autism Caregiver fatigue “Never give up on someone with mental illness.
