Hello! I am a licensed mental health counselor who takes a validating and collaborative approach to help address the struggles and life experiences which bring you to therapy. I have experience in treating mood disorders, anxiety, substance use disorders, trauma, and major life adjustments in a variety of settings including outpatient, educational, outreach, and residential. I source the majority of my treatment from evidence-based frameworks including CBT, DBT, and ERP therapy while always prioritizing the therapeutic relationship as the foundation to any meaningful work. I welcome and invite you to take these next steps towards the road of reflection, progression, and growth. As intimidating as this might seem, it can always help to have a therapist’s support along the way. If it feels like I might be a sound fit for your journey, please reach out to me today via phone or email (preferable) to schedule a free consultation. Looking forward to meeting you!

I have worked with clients of all ages in a variety of clinical settings. My specialty is working with clients affected by depression, anxiety, trauma, familial challenges, and relationship changes. Are you looking to repair your self-worth, esteem, and confidence, that was damaged by life experiences whether it be from childhood trauma, a toxic work environment, racism, and a number of other horrible experiences? I help clients that have internalized those experiences believing that something is wrong with them. I'll help you change your negative and distorted view of self and regain your power. We will disrupt your thinking patterns that are impacting your ability to function and are causing distress such as depression, anxiety, and poor relationships. My ideal client is those ready to put in the healing work.
Navigating life changes, especially when things don’t go as planned, can be overwhelming and traumatic. I specialize in working with adults who are going through significant life events and coping with the anxiety, loneliness, and self-doubt that can come along with them. Through a relational and strengths-based lens, I help my clients work through challenging or traumatic moments from their past that are holding them back from fully embracing the present. College students experience a unique type of stress - from adjusting to a new environment, to figuring out who you are, and balancing relationships with people at school and at home. If you find yourself over-thinking, worrying non-stop, or feeling uninterested in things you used to enjoy, therapy can help. With a fresh perspective, you'll gain strength and coping mechanisms to overcome what's preventing you from living a life you love. My hope is that my clients feel seen, supported, and empowered. You are the expert in your own experiences, and it’s my job to walk alongside you as a compassionate witness. Together, we’ll collaborate to identify goals that are aligned with your core values, and implement a plan to help you nurture your authentic self.
I enjoy working collaboratively with young adults and adolescents navigating identity exploration and development, relationship challenges, and transitions. Many of my clients are LGBTQ+, Autistic, college students, or those who may be wondering about the intersection of queerness and neurodivergence. I strive to meet clients where they are at and work collaboratively to identify needs and goals. My approach to counseling informed by relational and emotionally focused lenses. I work with clients from culturally responsive and identity-affirming perspectives and consider the impact of sociocultural identities on current distress. Clients have appreciated my compassionate and direct approach, and the use of humor as part of a strong relationship. I offer free 15 minute consultations for those who are interested in services. I believe that therapist fit is very important and want to make sure you can connect with a provider that meets your needs.
Welcome! For the past decade, I have had the honor of working with children and adolescents, young adults, parents, individuals, and families. As a therapist, I strive to support individuals in their work to feel more emotionally regulated, happier, and confident about themselves and their abilities in different various aspects of life. My clinical practice is grounded in frameworks of CBT, ACT, and DBT, and I integrate various modalities to ensure my approach aligns with every client's unique needs. I am direct, experienced, and warm; with me, therapy is a collaborative process through which we can step back together and look at challenges you are experiencing through a lens of curiosity. You have many strengths that have gotten you to this point in time, and we will tap into these to help you move towards more fulfillment in life.
What if getting better didn't mean spending years talking about everything that's ever gone wrong? I work with college and grad students to build real, lasting change by providing insight and skills that actually help. With over a decade of clinical work in the US and abroad, I've helped young adults manage anxiety, quiet the perfectionism and imposter syndrome that follow them into every exam and internship, while creating a healthy type of confidence that remains under pressure. My clients describe working with me as supportive, direct, collaborative, and nothing like what they expected therapy to be. We figure out what's driving the pattern. Then we work on changing it. I specialize in: anxiety, burnout and stress, low self-esteem, perfectionism, and people-pleasing. My approach pulls from CBT, ACT, Positive Psychology, and Mindfulness, grounded in a trauma-informed model. You don't have to have it figured out to start. Currently offering Online Therapy throughout Massachusetts, New York, Colorado, Vermont, and Florida. Whether you are in Boston, NYC, or Denver, I am ready when you are.

Within our practice, I supervise graduate level trainees who provide individual psychotherapy and assessment. We assess clients with a diverse range of clinical difficulties (e.g., Autism Spectrum, developmental/learning disabilities, psychiatric conditions, traumatic brain injury, ). As a clinician, my overarching goals are to help clients and their families assess for diagnoses that will inform treatment and advocate for supportive accommodations and/or services. My approach combines traditional talk therapy with somatic, mind-body techniques that support nervous system regulation and help calm stress stored in the body. Together, we work to create more space for clarity, self-compassion, and meaningful change.
