As a millennial navigating through generational curses, stigma, and everything else in this world through experience and many questions, I understand how hard it was to get to this point; making a conscious decision to seek a therapeutic relationship to help build a better you. Despite the negative or discouraging comments you’ve heard or thoughts you may have had, you’ve taken the first step which is starting your search for a connection of a lifetime. Congratulations on making it thus far!! You deserve this!! I hope you’ve found exactly what you’re looking for right here, on my profile. I’m passionate and dedicated to providing a unique counseling experience to all clients with a person-centered approach through motivation and empowerment. I have experience in assisting individuals with various disorders and disabilities, including dual diagnoses, within a multitude of populations. I can assist you with coping and working through concerns or issues related to both physical and mental health, inclusive of: physical disabilities, anxiety, depression, stress management, life changes/transitions, and trauma.
Dr. Rademan starts treatment with a thorough and detailed inventory of life experiences that could be contributing to current concerns. She also explores body pain and chronic health concerns as those can be impacted by trauma and emotional wounding. Just like with physical health, mental health can be impacted by earlier 'injuries' that flare up later in life. Many people have been in and out of therapy throughout their life and haven't found sustained relief due to not healing the root issue or concern. At the foundation of treatment, Dr. Rademan utilizes a trauma and cognitive focused framework. Trauma is not only major violence or death, but can also be a loss of a relationship, not getting your needs met when you were a child, or ongoing major stressors. Trauma can be described as anything that significantly changed the way you view yourself or the world.
My practice currently supports children, teens, adolescents, and adults. My primary focus is teens and young adults who struggle with anxiety, ADHD, and generational/familial trauma.
Do you find yourself beaten down with negative self talk? Do you struggle to shake the nagging feeling of discomfort, even when things seem to be going okay? While it can seem easier to avoid or suppress the struggles around us, my clients often find value in moving through these struggles, walking towards abundant life instead of simply "existing." My goal is that you may become more empowered to face life’s challenges through your counseling experience. Though I work with people from all backgrounds, I am passionate about working with others as they find abundant life and believe that this is best done in relationship with one another. I specialize in anxiety, depression and life transitions and hope to walk with you through this by offering a safe space to process your past and present self as you move towards a more full future. My clinical experience includes working with children, adolescents, and adults, focusing on anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, broken familial relationships, boundary work, and other mental health concerns. I am also certified in Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT). In my free time, I enjoy being outside with my family and friends. I love drinking coffee, going for walks with my dog Rosie, and dreaming about the next travel adventure with my husband.
If you feel that this is your season for change, I would be honored to collaborate with you on your journey. I believe in providing trauma-informed, person-centered care and specialize in working with clients who deal with ADHD, anxiety, depression, chronic physical health problems, life transitions, relational stress, schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, and mood disorders. A bit about my approach to therapy: Because there is no one-size-fits-all in therapy, I use an Eclectic approach, drawing from evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). This allows me to tailor each session to meet your individual needs and preferences. What you can expect from our first session: During our initial session, we will explore what led you to begin therapy and collaborate on how we can meet your goal. In-between sessions, you will have skill-building strategies to use and check-ins during the following sessions to determine effectiveness. We will tailor your journey to promote symptom relief and sustained improvement using emotional regulation and cognitive restructuring.

Hi, I'm Dr G. You're likely here because you're feeling alone, stuck, hurting, or overwhelmed...I get it. My niche is working with the unique mental health concerns that affect marginalized/minoritized, first generation/immigrant, LGBTQ, non-traditional, and migrant college student populations. I have worked in multiple clinical settings and at several universities (including UC, Berkeley, Cal State University, Long Beach, Idaho State University, and Saint Edward's University in Austin, TX) with a diverse range of clients and presenting concerns. I have extensive training incorporating CBT strategies in treatment and providing trauma-informed care for concerns like anxiety, depression, life transitions, homesickness, and navigating complex relationships. I work to build trust with my clients in order to form a collaborative dynamic that focuses on growing self-understanding while building tools to meet therapeutic goals. The specific approach I use is grounded in evidence-based treatments, empathy, and a multicultural perspective that honors how identities and social contexts shape our experiences. Ready to shift things up?...I’d be excited and humbled to be a part of your process.

Feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally drained? You’re not broken — your nervous system may just be overloaded. I offer LENS neurofeedback therapy which is a type of therapy that takes no effort from client and offers fast results! If you feel traditional talk therapy has not worked for you this might be the solution. LENS neurofeedback is a gentle therapy that supports your brain in releasing stress patterns and restoring balance. It can help with anxiety, mood challenges, focus difficulties, trauma responses, and feeling emotionally “numb” or reactive. If you’re a college student who feels exhausted all the time, overwhelmed by expectations, or trapped in perfectionism, I see you. You might look “high-functioning” on the outside — good grades, leadership roles, internships — but internally feel anxious, depleted, and afraid of falling behind. I specialize in helping students navigate burnout, chronic stress, academic pressure, and the fear of not being good enough. In our work together, we focus on reducing anxiety, shifting perfectionistic patterns, building emotional resilience, and helping you create rhythms that support both achievement and well-being. Success doesn’t have to cost your mental health!
Navigating this thing called life can be tricky, especially with the challenges we are currently facing! I am pleased to help you discover what it takes to make you feel whole. Seeking support for yourself or your child(ren) takes courage so let me be the first to congratulate you on taking this first step. I am here to assist you in navigating the many changes and challenges that we are sometimes faced with in this life. In assisting you on your journey, I take a Cognitive Behavioral approach which seeks to target your thoughts, behaviors and feelings. In addition to CBT, I also incorporate solution-focused techniques to aid you in achieving your therapeutic goals. In the same way we seek a doctor for medical needs and a dentist for all things teeth related, seeking support from a mental health clinician is simply a way to meet your mental health needs. My purpose is to be the support you need.

College can be exciting—and overwhelming at the same time. Many students come to counseling feeling stressed, burned out, unsure of who they are becoming, or anxious about the future. You might be juggling classes, work, relationships, family expectations, and big questions about identity and direction—while feeling like you’re supposed to have it all figured out. I provide a supportive, non-judgmental space where college students and young adults can slow down, process what they’re carrying, and feel genuinely understood. Counseling with me is collaborative, practical, and focused on helping you feel more grounded, confident, and clear as you move forward. I Work With Students Navigating: *Academic stress, burnout, and pressure to perform *Anxiety, overthinking, and constant mental fatigue *Identity exploration (values, purpose, faith, culture, self-worth) *Life transitions (starting college, transferring, graduating, post-grad uncertainty) *Career uncertainty, major decisions, and fear of “choosing wrong” *Relationship challenges (dating, friendships, family dynamics) *Perfectionism, people-pleasing, and imposter syndrome *Feeling lost, stuck, or disconnected from yourself You don’t need to be in crisis to benefit from counseling—many students come simply because they want support during a demanding season of life. My approach is warm, thoughtful, and grounded in evidence-based counseling practices. Sessions are a space where you can talk openly, ask questions, and develop tools that actually help in daily life—whether that’s managing stress, improving boundaries, or making sense of who you’re becoming. If you are a Christian who values faith as part of your life, I also offer Christian counseling upon request. This is always optional and guided by your comfort level.
