Hello! I currently offer in-person sessions in Fayetteville, Arkansas. I specialize in working with men, women, and non-binary people on issues related to self-expression, relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, sexuality, and the stress and trauma often associated with these concerns. My practice proudly supports the LGBTQIA2+ community. I am in-network with the majority of health insurance providers in the greater Arkansas area. I work from a relational perspective to offer a safe, judgment-free environment where you can be your genuine self. As we form an authentic connection, we will begin to understand and resolve the roots of the challenges that bring you to therapy. I offer a free 20-minute phone consultation so we can begin getting to know one another. During this time, we can discuss your reasons for seeking treatment, and I can answer any questions you may have. If we determine that we are a good fit, we can schedule your first appointment. I look forward to hearing from you!

I believe therapy is a space for growth and change that can lead to stronger relationships, healthier ways of functioning, and a deeper sense of well-being. In our work together, I’ll bring empathy, respect, and genuine care. My role is to support you in becoming more self-aware and confident, while helping you make the changes you want to see in your life. To me, therapy is a collaborative process. I’m not here to "fix" you, but to walk alongside you as a guide, a support, and sometimes just a steady presence while you navigate life’s challenges. I truly believe that everyone has the ability to grow and the responsibility to pursue that growth when they’re ready. I also believe our relationships with family, partners, friends, or chosen community play a huge role in our overall well-being. When those connections feel off or strained, it can affect so many other areas of life. Whether we're working one-on-one, with a couple, or with a family, I take a systemic approach to understand the bigger picture and help shift patterns that may be keeping you stuck. And I know that therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all. We’ll work together to find what feels right for you. Most importantly, I’ll offer a space where you feel safe, supported, and truly heard. Supervised by: Dr. Candice Ashley, PhD, MED, LPC-S, NCC, PLLC, K–12 School Counselor & Dr. Tara Dekkers, PhD, LMFT-S, ICP Site Location: CRA Professional Counseling Services and Supervision, 5280 Old Reliance Road, Bryan, Texas 77808
Hi there! College can be exciting, messy, overwhelming, and everything in between—and you don’t have to figure it all out alone. My practice is a space where you can show up as your full self—no code-switching, no shrinking, no pretending. I center students who’ve felt “othered,” whether that’s because of race, gender identity, sexuality, or just not fitting into the mold of what college “should” look like. As a queer, Black provider, I understand how hard it can be to find support that gets it, so I bring compassion, honesty, and a real understanding of the unique challenges BIPOC and LGBTQ+ students face. Whether you’re navigating identity, relationships, stress, or just trying to make it through the semester, I’m here to hold space for all of it. Therapy with me is collaborative, validating, and never one-size-fits-all—because you deserve care that sees you. You belong here.
