I have experience working with individuals on a variety of issues. My specialties include work with anxiety, addiction, OCD, and trauma. My process with clients is very solution focused in- nature. I aim to utilize the strengths clients already possess to bring progress into all facets of their life. I also believe that utilizing the values of clients to guide therapeutic work is essential to meaningful and lasting change. While navigating change, I assist clients in learning to tolerate distress, navigate difficult emotions, while finding effectiveness and fulfillment in their day to day lives. I hope that by being authentic in my role as a therapist I can facilitate this process and create an environment for clients that is both safe, secure, and motivating. I appreciate the opportunity to join my clients in their change process and look forward to meeting you and answering any questions you may have about my services. I have extensive experience working with individuals seeking recovery, in addition to families and couples coping with the effects of addiction/alcoholism. My philosophy of addiction treatment includes both abstinence based and harm reduction, whichever the client feels fits their needs, as well as integration into recovery communities if desired.
I strive to provide an environment of safety, acceptance, and empowerment. My approach is described as easy-going, direct and nonjudgmental. I am here to remind you that you are already whole. My intention is to walk with you on your healing path and co-create a sacred space where we can tend to your body, mind, and spirit. My approach is heart-centered, non-pathologizing, and grounded in a humanistic lens. I value what evidence-based practices offer us, and hold reverence for the wisdom traditions, somatic knowing, and transpersonal experiences that live outside those frameworks. I also recognize that Western psychology is rooted in colonialism, and I am committed to an approach that honors lineages of healing that the dominant system has excluded. I weave in mindfulness, somatics, parts work, expressive arts, and nature therapy. I am certified in Somatic and Attachment Focused EMDR, and have extensive experience supporting those healing from religious and spiritual trauma. I especially enjoy working with the queer community and Highly Sensitive People (HSP), both of which are part of the path I walk. As a solo practice, I do not have a team to provide 24/7 crisis support. Because of this, my practice is a good fit for those who feel steady enough to manage their safety between our weekly sessions. I offer in-person sessions in South Eugene Mon/Tues/Wed and online sessions Thursdays. When you reach out, please let me know your insurance(s) and schedule preferences.
College was supposed to be fun, exciting, adventurous! All you seem to feel though is dread, lost, on edge and alone searching for your place in the world. College is the perfect time to work towards who you want to be for the rest of your life and I am here to help!
My goal is to bring a warm presence, calm demeanor, and intentionality to the therapeutic space. I understand that building connection and rapport are the foundation to all other therapeutic work and therefore I prioritize an environment where you can feel truly seen, heard, and understood without judgement. My purpose as a therapist is to provide that safe place where together we can explore your conscious and unconscious thoughts and gain insight into the parts of your life where you may be having difficulty. I recognize that therapy is a collaborative effort, and that each client is the expert in their own life. Thus, I will work with you to understand your unique life experiences and create a tailored treatment plan so that you can reach healing and wholeness. I will assist you on this journey by helping you understand how past experiences are impacting you, and will help you identify your own strengths, skills, and goals by providing tools that you can use even long after therapy is finished. I have experience supporting needs related to: children and youth, young adults, families, life transitions, drug and alcohol issues, trauma, attachment challenges, co-dependency, self-esteem, depression, suicidal ideation, grief, and anxiety.
I work with individuals navigating anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, and the impact of past experiences. Many students I see feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure how to cope with everything they’re carrying. I offer a supportive, grounded space to help you better understand yourself, build coping skills, and feel more connected and confident in your daily life.
Hello! I work with a focus helping women and college students who are navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationships, and questions about identity, direction, and self worth. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, or unsure of their next steps, and are looking for a space where they can slow down, reflect, and feel supported while figuring things out. Clients often seek therapy to work through anxiety, sadness, self esteem challenges, relationship concerns, friendship or roommate difficulties, adjusting to college life, family stress, questions about purpose or direction, and experiences of loss or trauma. I approach therapy from a compassionate and validating perspective. My goal is to meet you where you are and work collaboratively as a team as we explore patterns, insights, and possibilities for change. We can start small and move at a pace that feels comfortable, focusing on what progress means to you and what you hope to gain from the therapy process. Because each person's experience is different, therapy is always tailored to your unique needs. My work integrates several therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioral, emotion-focused, mindfulness, and relational perspectives. Together we may explore patterns in thoughts, emotions, and relationships, including how past experiences and relational/family dynamics can shape the way we see ourselves and interact with others. I also incorporate narrative and mindfulness-based practices to help clients develop greater self-awareness and create more compassionate and empowering ways of understanding their experiences. In therapy, I often help people identify their strengths and internal resources while reconnecting with themselves and their sense of purpose. Over time, many clients find they are better able to navigate challenges with greater clarity, confidence, and self-trust. The process takes time and often involves learning, reflection, exploration, and sometimes trial and error, but you won't be doing it alone. One of the things I love most about my work is celebrating the wins and "aha" moments while also providing support during the more difficult times. I value curiosity, encouragement, and creating a space where people feel safe to be fully themselves. Many people spend a lot of time alone with their their thoughts or emotions-or trying to avoid them altogether. Therapy can be an opportunity to slow down, step back from the noise of everyday life, and tune into your thoughts, emotions, and experiences with the support of another attuned caring person. Growth is rarely linear or quick, but meaningful change often happens through patience, reflection, and intention. My office is a calm and welcoming space with beautiful natural light, enjoyable views, and a complimentary tea bar. My style is relaxed, warm and human. I aim to balance professionalism with authenticity, and I believe therapy works best when people feel comfortable enough to show up as themselves. My office is located approximately two miles from the University of Oregon, with nearby parking, bike racks, and bus routes. The office is located up a few flights of stairs. I also offer telehealth sessions. If you're curious about whether we might be a good fit, I'd be happy to connect and talk more about what you're hoping for from therapy.

College can feel like a lot — like you’re trying to stay afloat in a fast-moving current. Some days you’re cruising; other days it’s all you can do to keep your head above water. Maybe you’re here because you’re tired of just getting by. Maybe you’re looking for a space to slow down, catch your breath, and figure out what’s next. I believe in meeting people exactly where they are - in the messy, real, complicated parts of being human. My approach is flexible and grounded in empathy, drawing from attachment work, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), parts work, and EMDR. All aimed at helping you feel more connected to yourself and others.
