I'm a provider with 16 years experience working with LGBTQIA+ adult clients. My work often involves supporting folks around gender, sexuality, and family of origin issues, among all the other things people seek therapy for. I am trained in two different types of trauma therapy (EMDR and Flash) that are less talk-therapy focused, for folks who need different ways to approach things.

Hi, I'm Lauren! I am a non-binary, queer AuDHD therapist practicing psychodynamic clinical social work in Massachusetts and Oregon. I also identify as white and mid-fat. My pronouns are she/they. In my practice, I specialize in working with adults who identify as, or are exploring whether they may be, LGBTQIA2S+ and/or neurodivergent, especially autistic and/or ADHD. In addition, I help clients work through issues related to depression, anxiety, and relational difficulties. Through an affirming and integrative approach, I provide a warm and supportive therapeutic environment for clients to explore their inner selves and make positive changes in their lives. My work with clients is collaborative, as together we delve into the reasons behind persistent challenges and unearth new aspects of their identities and experiences, ultimately making space for growth, healing, and flourishing. For neurodivergent clients, our sessions often involve working on strategies to improve executive functioning, which includes skills like task initiation, time management, organization, attention, and planning. My approach is aligned with the Health at Every Size (HAES) framework.

I am a licensed psychologist who specializes in the treatment of anxiety disorders and relationship issues. Even more specifically, my specialty rests in helping women navigate the anxiety and overwhelm that arises when they think about saying no, setting boundaries, or expressing their true opinions. Many of my clients are exhausted from agreeing to things they don’t want to do, staying in relationships out of obligation or fear, or managing a busy social life that leaves them feeling unfulfilled and ultimately disconnected. As an attachment-based therapist, I work with women to uncover the roots of these patterns in their relationships, helping them get grounded in their values and build the courage to show up authentically. My approach helps to create context for conditioned behaviors and beliefs so that clients find their voice, face the fear of speaking their truth, and experience the freedom of being unapologetically themselves and more aligned with their values. I take a holistic approach to treatment, combining somatic work, nervous system regulation, and relational therapy. My work also incorporates nutrition and movement to support overall wellness, empowering clients to align their physical, emotional, and relational health. I completed my applied graduate training at Portland State University's Student Health and Counseling Center as a psychologist intern and was employed there as a part-time psychologist before opening my private practice. My residency was completed at Reed College Health and Counseling Center and I have also had the wonderful opportunity to complete early field work training at University of Portland's Health and Counseling Center. I love working with college students and it is a joy to be able to provide students with the opportunity for longer-term psychotherapy.

Welcome! My name is Molly Sterling and I am an able bodied, White, cis woman. I provide individual, trauma-focused therapy to adults 18+. I work with adults in individual therapy focused on healing past trauma, developing effective coping strategies to manage anxiety or panic symptoms, or navigating a difficult life transition, such as new parenthood. Have you ever had a moment, conversation, or even a look that gave made you feel felt? That felt sense of connection is what Resonance, LLC is based on. Too often, we are forced to stay on the surface level or simply don't know how to connect on a more meaningful level--perhaps because we were taught to; perhaps because of trauma; or maybe because we are afraid someone will abandon/make fun of/misunderstand us. Resonance is about feeling accompanied, being seen, heard, and mostly, felt, throughout the healing process.

Helping Young Adults Feel Safe, Seen, and Understood You may be here because something just doesn’t feel right. Maybe your child is behaving in ways you don’t fully understand—or withdrawing in ways that concern you. Maybe your teen is struggling with anxiety, school pressure, or big emotions that feel too heavy for their age. Or maybe you’re a young adult trying to make sense of everything you’ve been through while figuring out who you are and where you’re headed. If any of that sounds familiar, I want you to know: it’s okay to ask for support, and you don’t have to figure it out on your own.

Hello! My name is Bukayo and I am a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who believes mental health care should feel collaborative, practical, and tailored to you—not one-size-fits-all. I’ve been partnering with clients in mental health for almost a decade mostly working in community mental health settings including street medicine, crisis and urgent care settings. I have experience and enjoy working with both young people and adults, especially during times that feel overwhelming or uncertain. My approach is straightforward and supportive: I take time to really understand what’s going on, explain options clearly, and work with you to find what actually helps. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, heard, and empowered to make meaningful progress. Looking forward to partnering with you!

I work with people navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, boundary-setting, life transitions, and patterns that leave them feeling stuck or disconnected from themselves. Many of my clients are overwhelmed by stress, self-doubt, people-pleasing, or difficult past experiences that continue to impact their daily lives. Together, we explore these patterns, build on existing strengths, and create meaningful change that supports greater balance, confidence, and well-being. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each individual. I utilize an integrative framework that considers the connection between thoughts, emotions, behaviors, values, and relationships. I am also an EMDRIA-approved EMDR therapist and offer EMDR when it is clinically appropriate and aligned with your goals. Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, and finding the right therapist is important. I strive to create a safe, supportive environment where you can explore challenges openly and move toward the changes that matter most to you. If my approach sounds like a good fit, I welcome you to reach out.

Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially if this is your first experience or you're trying to balance school, work, relationships, and everything else life is asking of you. My goal is to create a space where you feel genuinely heard, understood, and supported while we work together toward the changes that matter most to you. I have worked in the mental health field since 2000 and have over 25 years of experience helping adolescents, young adults, and adults navigate life's challenges. I am licensed in Oregon, Washington, and Colorado and provide therapy through secure telehealth. I believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. Every person brings unique strengths, experiences, and goals, so I tailor treatment to meet your individual needs. My work integrates attachment theory, nervous system regulation, and experiential therapies including Somatic Experiencing®, Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR and the Flash Technique, Compassion Focused Therapy, mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP), and biofeedback. I enjoy working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic illness, ADHD, grief, relationship concerns, life transitions, and the unique challenges that often arise during college and early adulthood. I also have extensive experience working with helping professionals and graduate students. In addition to providing therapy, I teach workshops, provide consultation, and offer clinical supervision for mental health professionals, allowing me to stay actively engaged in both clinical practice and ongoing professional development.

Together, we’ll work to understand patterns that may be holding you back, build tools to manage stress and anxiety, and support you in developing a stronger sense of identity, confidence, and direction. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, more connected, and more able to navigate your life with clarity and self-trust.

I believe that everyone deserves an opportunity to foster understanding of their own mental health and create insight into what is needed to build healthy, personalized approaches to self-care and coping. Building this type of self-awareness and reaching the point of implementing these skills is often daunting, so connecting with a therapist to support you in processing these experiences will help lead to genuine change. My focus is to work with adult individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, perfectionism, and high sensitivity (HSPs). My approach incorporates person-centered, psychodynamic, and relational modalities that allow us to explore lifelong, underlying patterns of thinking and behavior in a safe and connected environment. I have experience in providing therapy for young to middle-aged adults from various backgrounds of ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identity, and SES. I am currently accepting new clients! Please contact me for a phone consultation where we will determine whether my therapy services and availability fit your needs.

Taking the initial steps to finding support is so difficult! I aim to make this process as supportive as possible and understand not every personality will match. I am happy to provide a free 15 min consult to see if we may be a good match. I view counseling as an opportunity for growth in personal health and self-discovery during times of transition, change, and unknown certainties. The counseling room is a place of openness with no judgement. I come from a Person Centered Theoretical background, meaning there is unconditional care for every aspect of your experience. I support clients in evaluating their thought processes, the actions that follow, and if that is meeting their needs or not. I I offer support around Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Adjustment, Gender Identity, PTSD, Trauma, Stress and Self Esteem. I approach therapy from a variety of theories depending on what each person needs with the foundation of Person Centered care and unconditional positive regard.
