Let me put it simply: being a college student is hard. There are more expectations than ever placed on young adults today and it's a time of tremendous change, transition, and instability. Emotions are a normal part of being human, but sometimes those emotions seem so overwhelming that you might start to feel out of control and alone. It can feel as though no one understands you and no one is really on your side. It might even feel as though your friendships or other relationships are more stressful than they are helpful. That's where I come in. My goal is to provide a safe, stable space and support for you to navigate all of the difficult relationships, changes, and challenges you're experiencing during this time in life. You are not alone!
I help people find relief and clarity. Are you in a stressful situation? Do you overthink and analyze everything? Or, maybe you are feeling down and unmotivated. I use research based strategies and interventions to help people who are experiencing things like, work stress and burnout, relationship problems, adjustment issues to life changes, grief and bereavement, low self esteem, anxiety, depression, and spiritual frustration. I offer a relaxed virtual counseling environment where we work collaboratively to create and move toward personalized mental health goals, often using practical interventions to make positive changes. I am LGBTQ friendly. I have a special interest in providing support to young adult women in the midst of life transitions. I currently offer counseling services online for your convenience. I believe that finding 'the right fit' in counseling is important, so I provide a free 15-minute phone consultation. Visit my website to schedule this appointment online, at a time that works best for you. I look forward to connecting.
Welcome to my profile! I am a therapist who specializes in providing support for clients with trauma and neurodiversity. I believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to heal, grow, and thrive, and I am committed to providing a safe and supportive space for my clients to do just that. I enjoy working with individuals who identify as neurodivergent. This includes individuals with autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and other neurodivergent conditions. I believe that neurodiversity is a natural and valuable aspect of human diversity, and I am committed to helping my clients leverage their unique strengths and abilities to achieve their goals. My approach to therapy is grounded in evidence-based techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and somatic experiencing. I work collaboratively with my clients to help them identify their goals for therapy and develop a personalized treatment plan that meets their unique needs. Whether you are struggling with the effects of trauma or navigating life as a neurodivergent individual, I am here to offer support, guidance, and compassion. My goal is to create a safe and supportive therapeutic relationship that allows you to explore your experiences, identify your strengths, and move forward with greater resilience and confidence. I work with college students who are navigating anxiety, stress, and the pressure to “hold it all together” during an already demanding season of life. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based therapies, helping students understand their anxiety, develop effective coping skills, and build confidence in managing academic, relational, and personal challenges. I aim to provide a supportive space where students can feel understood, learn to calm their nervous system, and move forward with greater clarity and resilience.

It’s not always one defining event—often, it’s the cumulative impact of stress, anxiety, low self-worth, and unprocessed experiences that gradually erode your sense of well-being. You might be noticing a persistent undercurrent of worry, emotional exhaustion, difficulty concentrating, or a critical inner voice that’s hard to silence. Perhaps depressive symptoms have taken hold, or past experiences are continuing to show up in ways you can’t control. I work with teens and adults who are ready to explore what's beneath the surface and begin the work of healing. My approach is trauma-informed and grounded in evidence-based practices. Whether we're unpacking the impact of trauma, exploring ways to better manage mental health symptoms or rebuilding your sense of self, we'll approach the process collaboratively and at a pace your nervous system can manage. You don't have to have anything figured out to start the therapy process. You just have to show up - and I'll meet you there. I encourage you to reach out if you think we will be a good fit!
Welcome! We help people help themselves to live a more full and whole life, void of medicating and suffering in isolation. We meet our clients where they are and invite them to learn and create what recovery means to them. We do this be holding up a mirror and walking with our clients rather than telling them what they should do. We also help clients connect. Isolation is such a painful symptom of anxiety, depression and medicating. 'Together we can do what we could never do alone' is what we practice at the Relationship Enrichment Center. Reach out, and let us support you.
I enjoy working with young adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, and trauma. I have a passion for helping individuals reclaim their lives back from trauma, and I believe trauma therapy is more important now than ever. I believe the mind/body connection is very strong, and is important in mental health. I also work with clients who are experiencing stress, life transitions, and grief. I am an EMDRIA certified Therapist and IFS informed. I also use a lot of CBT, DBT, and mindfulness interventions. I am also very strengths- based. In my sessions, I aspire to offer a safe, supportive, and empowering environment to my clients, so they can be themselves, and work through whatever is keeping them from being their best selves. I operate through a strengths-based approach, and will try to bring laughter and humor into the sessions (when appropriate) as laughter is the best medicine.
You may be the one who keeps it together for everyone else, always striving, always overanalyzing. But inside, you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or not quite “enough.” Whether you’re navigating anxiety, struggling in your relationships, or feeling stuck in cycles of self-doubt, therapy can offer a space to breathe, reflect, and rebuild. I help teens and adults understand their inner world and reconnect with themselves. My style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in real conversation. I’ll meet you where you are, and together we’ll explore what’s keeping you stuck and how to move forward. I integrate tools from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), attachment-based therapy, and experiential therapy. Therapy with me isn’t about perfection, it’s about creating a space where you can be honest and supported without judgment. You’ll gain insight, learn how to manage your emotions with more confidence, and develop more secure relationships. If you're feeling unsure where to start, that’s okay. You don’t have to have it all figured out before reaching out.
I am a board-certified psychiatrist in private practice. I work mainly through insight-oriented psychotherapy, but I also offer diagnostic evaluations and prescribing services. Patients see me for a variety of concerns around self-esteem, trauma, attachment, dependency, boundaries, self-criticism, and childhood abuse/neglect. These issues may lead to shame, guilt, anxiety, irritability, mood swings, perfectionism, self-loathing, or repeated conflicts with family, colleagues, or romantic partners. Therapy is a chance to think carefully together about your past and present experiences to deepen your insight into your situation. As we come to understand your inner world, I hope you will gradually notice a greater sense of flexibility, freedom, and openness to life's many joys and challenges. As a psychiatrist, I am happy to help with diagnostic clarification and medical treatment of most general psychiatric conditions including mood and anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder, ADHD, and others. While medications alone often fail to address the deeper conflicts and traumas that cause our symptoms, a thoughtful approach to prescribing can help build a foundation for the personal work that leads to lasting change. I have special experience working with university students and early career professionals in medicine, academia, law, tech, and the arts. I enjoy working with individuals from diverse backgrounds, and I welcome and affirm those who may identify as LGBTQIA+ or neurodivergent.
I am currently accepting new telehealth clients with no waitlist. Are you feeling lost, alone, anxious, or worried? Are the upcoming holidays creating more stress with class deadlines and the end of the semester approaching? I believe wellness is a journey. Not a destination. Therapy does not have to be an intimidating process because you are worthy, and you deserve support. I am ready to go on this journey with you. I also offer evening appointments Monday through Thursday, but I am unable to post them with the scheduling system within this system. Call today for a free 15-minute consultation and let's take the first step together.

I help driven people just like you manage their anxiety, stress and irritable bowel syndrome. You can gain stability and finally enjoy your success.
