I specialize in supporting high-achieving professionals—especially those in academia or the helping profession (doctors, nurses, therapists, pastors)—who grapple with perfectionism, difficulty setting boundaries, codependency, and the challenge of prioritizing their own needs amidst the many demands of their personal and professional lives. As an immigrant, I bring a rich, cross-cultural perspective to therapy and a deep appreciation for how culture shapes identity, relationships, and mental health. Many of my clients are navigating complex intersections of cultural expectations, academic roles, and personal values. In addition to my clinical practice, I am a professor and active researcher. My academic work focuses on interpersonal trauma and its impact on relationships and meaning-making. This dual identity as both clinician and scholar informs my approach: deeply reflective, integrative, and grounded in both science and lived experience. I work exclusively via Telehealth with adult clients residing in GA, MI, and TX. I believe that meaningful change begins with a strong therapeutic relationship—one that offers both safety and challenges patterns by providing direct and honest feedback. If you're ready to invest in yourself and your well-being, I invite you to reach out.

When I was a student in college, my parents were going through a bitter divorce and I lost a close friend from school and three family members all in one year. I felt as if I was losing my mind. My close friends connected me with a therapist and it literally changed my life. I felt heard, supported and validated and was given permission to let things go and actually focus on my issues and my needs instead of everyone else’s. This is one of the main reasons why I practice therapy and have a heart for college-age students. I was you once and I hope to help just as I was once helped. We all go through seasons in our lives when things just feel too overwhelming or we feel as if we cannot get through it without a little help. I believe that is what therapy is for. It is to help us find our voices and find ourselves again. In the seasons when we feel lost and hopeless, a therapist can help empower us to find the strength to overcome our challenges and heal from our pain. I am a firm believer in the notion that we only live once on this earth. Make the most of it. Heal the hurt. Develop a growth mindset. Live a life that is full so that you can thrive at being the best version of you! I am honored to help you get there!

Hi! My name is Matt and I am a limited licensed professional counselor. I have been working as a counselor since 2022 and have been working in the mental health field since 2016. My first counseling job was at Central Michigan University and I worked with clients with a variety of concerns such as life adjustments, anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, trauma, etc. Before anything else, I'd first try to get to know you, your circumstances, your presenting problem, and your strengths before we focus on how we can make the best use of our time together, whether that be space to process, thinking of solutions, or something else. If we don't happen to be a match, that's ok! I work with a team of other mental health professionals who may be available to take on new clients as well.

Life can be brutal, can’t it?! Can you remember that time in life when you were happy, like top of the world scream it from the rooftops happy? In that moment, everything was right in your world and then well, life happened. Now you look back and have so many questions…What happened? Let me tell you, you are not alone! We’ve all been there in some season of life. But who says this can’t make us better! Every person comes to therapy with their own individual needs. Therefore, we adapt our interventions based on a comprehensive assessment of who you are and what you need. We are all trained in a number of different interventions and like to use a combination of our training and expertise to utilize an eclectic approach to best meet the needs of each individual person. We know that every individual is uniquely different and therefore each person should have a unique therapy journey based on their own needs.
Hi, I'm Dr. Ana Hill. As a counseling psychologist, my priority is to listen deeply to my clients and become attuned to their unique stories and experiences. I consider myself to be a nonjudgmental and creative therapist who helps people explore and process dynamics in their lives that may be causing them to feel stuck, in emotional pain, or uncertain of how to heal. Our work together would be informed by a multicultural and self-compassionate framework that provides a safe, warm, and confidential space to foster greater awareness of yourself and your surroundings. I combine interpersonal, psychodynamic, and emotion-focused approaches to treat a range of issues including depression, stress and anxiety, relationship/intimacy issues, life transitions, family challenges, self-esteem, identity development, and trauma. I also have a passion for working with neurodiverse, LGBTQ+, and BIPOC clients. I know that it can be hard to find a therapist that is a good fit. As a first step, I like to connect by phone or video to get to know what you're looking for and answer any questions you may have. I look forward to getting to know you! Another value I hold is acknowledging the complexity and richness of each individual's intersecting identities is a crucial aspect of fostering understanding and connection in therapy, specifically for individuals with minoritized and marginalized intersecting identities. I try to create empathetic and culturally sensitive therapeutic spaces for clients. Therapy can be a valuable resource for those seeking support and understanding, especially when facing the challenges and complexities of daily life. If you have specific questions or concerns about therapy or mental health support, feel free to ask, and I'll do my best to provide information and guidance.

I strive to make sure you feel safe, empowered and strengthened during every session. I am a great fit for those experiencing anxiety, depression, burnout, stress, low confidence, working through traumatic experiences, difficulty with self-love and within the perinatal stage. I have worked with college students, including those within veterinary and medical programs, and enjoy this work immensely. It's a privilege to be a therapist and I can't wait to meet you!
I believe that a core piece of psychotherapy is coming to truly see yourself, and allowing others (the therapist, at first) to see you as well. I practice psychodynamic therapy, which means that I am curious about your emotions, your past experiences, the intricacies of your mind and unconscious, and your imagination. Some people need to be listened to in therapy, others need to be told certain things, and often people need a little of both. I try to discern what is needed by each patient as best I can.
