We are a private practice that specializes in immigrant mental health. Our practice is made up of mostly 1st and 2nd generation immigrants, of which most speak another language (Spanish). We believe that the first generation experience is unique and should be handled in a delicate and trauma-informed way.

I believe that you are the expert on your own story. Creating a safe, warm, and affirming space for clients to come as they are without judgment is of utmost importance to me as a therapist. I want you to feel that you are known, seen, and heard – by entering your story with a sense of curiosity and understanding. I enjoy working with clients who have specific goals that they would like to accomplish in therapy – but if you’ve never experienced this before or don’t know where to begin, that’s okay too. We’ll work together to find your expertise, implement techniques you can take outside of our sessions, and start to fulfill your dreams. As someone who has been on the other side of the counseling room, I know firsthand how imperative it is to connect and vibe with your counselor. If I’m not a good fit for you, I’ll refer you to another therapist who might be. I provide both in-person and Telehealth sessions. My out-of-pocket fee is $125. I am willing to slide my fee to $75 a session in order to meet the needs at hand. I graduated in August 2021 with a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Indiana Wesleyan University. My practice is informed by a blend of Attachment Theory, Person-Centered Therapy (PCT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I’m developing clinical expertise in writing letters for gender-affirming surgery, sexual and gender identity issues, couples therapy, and a variety of mental illnesses. I’m passionate about empowering people to become who they truly are so that they can achieve the goals and dreams they have for themselves. I also enjoy finding the best taco places around, dancing, traveling the world, and spending quality time with friends. I’d love to spend time with you and hear your story.

I love working with people going through life transitions & especially college students. Over the years, the pressure that students face during their college experiences has been tremendous & often find themselves struggling with perfectionism, feelings of being overwhelmed, not being good enough, bouts of depression &/or anxiety & a host of other problems. Navigating relationships whether with peers, professors, romantic or coworkers can become stressful often leading to not knowing where to turn or what resources are available. I want to walk alongside you & support you during this season of your life so you can move on to the next one! By Appointment Only!

My training includes EMDR, which focuses on healing from the symptoms of emotional distress that are a result of difficult life experiences.

With 18 years in healthcare, he has worked in a variety of settings including trauma, intensive care, behavioral health, surgical recovery, and deployed medicine with the US Army. Welcome! My name is Kasey Wiggam and I'm an LCSW operating in-person on Indy's North-Side & virtually to all of IN and FL. My goal is to assist teens, young adults, women, and the LGBTQ+ community in pursuing self-healing. I want to support you in building healthier relationships, finding school-life balance, and working through whatever struggles brought you to this point! We will work together to get you to a place where you are able to recognize and cope with the burdens of anxiety, life transitions, depression, burnout, relationships, self-harm/suicidal ideation and the long term effects of trauma and sexual assault. Every client is unique and deserves a tailored approach to reflect that! I combine various therapy modalities such as brainspotting, trauma-focused CBT, relational therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and attachment styles to suit your needs and journey. I live for seeing others work through what's been holding them back. I enjoy helping people bring change to what they're most ashamed of or scared to work through.
