We offer in-person or virtual appointments. However, I can see clients throughout the entire state of Indiana virtually. Hello! My name is Sarah Hummel and I am a virtual mental health counselor licensed in Indiana. I have experience working with a variety of individuals, and especially enjoy working with adults who are struggling with anxiety and traumatic events. I enjoy using EMDR therapy to help individuals process through trauma. I enjoy helping individuals process through their experiences with anxiety, depression, along with varying issues and life changes they may experience. It is important to me to approach each person as an individual and understand the nuances of their problems. I believe that building a relationship based on trust and understanding is essential to the therapeutic process. My style of counseling focuses on listening and understanding. I also enjoy using CBT to help clients work through their issues and always come from a place of encouragement and compassion. For those who desire, I also enjoy utilizing faith- based therapy as a route to help individuals find healing. I feel called to work as a counselor because I believe that each person is inherently valuable, and it is my goal to help each individual see the value that they have as a person. I truly hope the person reading this will see the value in themselves and ask for help.
I am a board certified psychiatrist and provide combined psychotherapy and medication treatment. My patients are typically looking for therapy to address concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. They are also often looking for support with evidence-based medication treatment. I listen carefully to understand the difficulties that bring someone to treatment and to understand their goals. I am collaborative in my approach. I approach psychotherapy from a psychodynamic perspective, where the goal is to increase understanding and insight into thoughts, feelings, and behavior. When we can understand ourselves better, we can then change patterns that may be getting in our way. This type of therapy can often lead to lasting change. Please note that because my practice is telehealth only, I do not prescribe controlled substances (for example, stimulants for ADHD or medications such as Xanax or Ativan for anxiety).
Transition. In one word, college comes with a lot of transition, a foot in two different worlds. Sometimes you just need someone to provide support and help you navigate these changes. Sometimes you've struggled with feelings like depression or anxiety for quite some time but maybe haven't had a name for it, thought everyone felt this way, or haven't had the opportunity to address it. Maybe you struggle with negative self-thoughts or have had life experiences that leave you struggling. These are some of the common challenges I've had the honor of addressing in my work with students.

In the treatment of eating disorders and eating related concerns, Dr. Duffy works from an integrative approach and often uses methods from cognitive behavioral, acceptance and commitment, and interpersonal theories. She sees eating disorders as a multidimensional disorder and thus strongly believes in a multidisciplinary approach. This means that individuals with eating disorders most often have psychological, medical, and nutritional causes and consequences of their disorder and require treatment in each area for a full recovery. With written permission from the client, she works with local dietitians and physicians to provide collaborative care. In addition to work around eating disorders and eating-related concerns, therapy will also address related issues such as anxiety, depression, and family concerns.

We offer psychological testing to individuals aged 16 and older. We specialize in evaluations for ADHD, autism, and complex mental health concerns. Our owner, Dr. Jessi Manning, completed most of her training and the first 5 years of her career focused solely on college students, and she maintains a passion for this population. We are focused on neurodiversity and other aspects of diversity, especially in regard to sexual orientation and gender identity. You can begin the testing process by scheduling a free 15 minute phone consultation from the website.
Are you feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, or like you're carrying invisible weight no one else can see? Whether you're juggling classes, navigating relationships, questioning your identity, or dealing with family or cultural pressure, you don’t have to go through it alone. I’m Tsuki, and I specialize in working with students who often feel like they don’t quite “fit the mold.” Many of the students I support are BIPOC, neurodivergent (ADHD, Autistic, AuDHD), and LGBTQIA+, and they're trying to make sense of who they are while moving through complex systems that weren’t built with them in mind. In therapy, your whole self is welcome — even the parts that feel messy or misunderstood. I offer online therapy in English, Mandarin, and Taiwanese and bring a compassionate, down-to-earth approach to our work together. Therapy with me is collaborative, flexible, and always grounded in respect for who you are and what you need. If you’re looking for support with anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, identity questions, or just feeling stuck — I’m here to help.
For the past 20 years, my clinical focus has been helping people ages 10 and up who have identified depression, anxiety, life transitions and family issues as sources of stress in their life that they wish to work through. My clients come to me to reduce/eliminate their symptoms and regain their own definition of ideal functioning. I also support my clients through difficult life transitions and/or family issues. I am known in my community for working with adolescents and young adults at Purdue University.
I provide individual therapy services to adults (18+) with eating disorders, disordered eating, body image concerns, depression, and anxiety. I provide comprehensive ADHD evaluations for adults (18+).
I offer a warm, flexible, and low-pressure space where clients can show up exactly as they are. I honor sensory needs and nervous system responses, incorporating mindfulness practices to bring gentle awareness to our experiences. I often use somatic strategies to support connection and foster a sense of safety that is essential for growth. My background includes training in a wide range of approaches from traditional talk therapy to play-based modalities. I’m especially passionate about working with clients who may feel misunderstood or overwhelmed by conventional models of therapy. Clients can expect to feel supported and encouraged without pressure or judgment. I aim to co-create a space that feels steady and grounded. Whether we’re working through emotional regulation, identity, relationships, or everyday overwhelm, therapy can be a space for you. It can feel overwhelming to know where to start, but reaching out is the first step.
