I am Certified in CBT, Kundalini Yoga and Meditation and Emotion Freedom Technique (EFT). My counseling practice is limited to Individual Adults. I also offer Coaching for optimum Health and Wellness through Ayurveda and Mindfulness based disease management. At Helen’s Project, we provide a safe, supportive space for students who are navigating real-life challenges, whether that’s stress from school, anxiety, relationship struggles, or just feeling overwhelmed and unsure where to start. Many of the people we support are balancing a lot, academics, family expectations, work, or personal struggles, and don’t always feel like they have a place to talk about it openly. Our goal is to make mental health care feel approachable and real. You don’t need to have everything figured out before reaching out. Whether you’re dealing with something specific or just know something feels off, we’re here to meet you where you are and help you move forward in a way that feels right for you.
Charlie Health is a virtual behavioral health program for adolescents and young adults with moderate or severe mental health concerns or co-occurring substance use or eating disorders. Designed to meet the needs of those who require more than weekly therapy, our program combines curated group therapy, individual therapy, and family therapy into personalized treatment programs. We are helping to serve those who are in crisis, or have been historically underserved, by eliminating the most significant treatment barriers: geographical and financial access. We work with nearly all commercial insurance nationwide and have no waitlist, thereby helping people access quality, evidence-based care regardless of insurance, location, or other barriers.
My therapeutic approach is strengths-based. I work with my clients to identify skills and assets and emphasize and refine them over time.
