College can be exciting, but it can also feel overwhelming. Whether you’re feeling stressed, anxious, lonely, or unsure of yourself, you deserve support. I specialize in providing high-quality, short-term therapy to decrease anxiety. I’ll teach you how you can start using proven strategies to take back control of your thoughts, confidence, and peace.

I also have 10 years of experience supporting neurodivergent clients and have a deep appreciation for the way sensory needs, communication styles, and social energy impact daily life on campus. I have expertise in tailoring evidence-based interventions for autistic individuals.

In addition to my private practice, I supervise psychology doctoral students and lead a research program to improve mental health treatment for autistic and anxious clients.

It’s so important to find a therapist you connect with, who offers support that actually helps. If you’re interested in working together, please reach out to schedule a free consultation.
