Hello! My name is Erica (she/hers). I'm a psychotherapist and art therapist for clients in the NY area.
In my practice, I use a variety of interventions to meet your unique needs but I mainly work from an attachment based approach. This means I’ll help you find creative ways to examine your relationship to yourself and to others in order to help you make better sense of your own inner voice, build self-compassion, and relate in authentic ways to the world around you.
