Alexandra Miller, LCSW
Feeling overwhelmed, stuck, emotionally exhausted, or unsure of how to move forward?
With more than eight years of experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings, I am comfortable supporting clients with a wide range of needs and diagnoses. I meet each client where they are and work collaboratively with them to build confidence, strengthen coping skills, and create realistic steps toward meaningful change. Some clients come to therapy seeking practical coping skills, while others need a safe place to process their experiences and better understand themselves. Whatever your reason may be, let's explore and work together.
I specialize in working with individuals, families, and couples experiencing various mental health concerns, including anxiety, trauma and grief, depression, emotional dysregulation, mood disorders, stress, life transitions, substance abuse disorders, and serious mental illness. My approach is flexible and individualized because no single method works for everyone.
Starting therapy can feel uncomfortable, especially when you are used to carrying everything on your own or have not always felt heard or understood. I strive to create a safe, compassionate, and judgment-free environment where you can be honest about what you are experiencing without fear of criticism.
